Sessions
- Initial Consultation – 15 mins - Free (phone or Zoom)
- Adults – £65 for 50 minutes
- Couples Assessment – £120 for 90 minutes
- Couples Sessions – £90 for 60 minutes
- Supervision – £65 for 60 minutes or £90 for 90 minutes
Payment
Payment is due 48 hours before your session. I accept bank transfer or cash if you're attending in person.
Concessions
I keep a small number of concessionary slots available for people who couldn't otherwise access therapy. If cost is a barrier, get in touch and we can talk about what might be possible.
Cancellation Policy
I need 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less notice than that, you'll be charged the full session fee. I know life throws curveballs, but holding that time for you means I'm not available for other clients. Consistency matters for therapy to work.
